How It Works – Equinox Cats Adoption Process

1. Submit an Application
Families interested in adopting a Ragdoll kitten from Equinox Cats must first complete an application. This helps us ensure our kittens are matched with loving, responsible homes.

2. Application Approval
Approved applicants will receive confirmation and will remain eligible to select from current and future litters.

3. Kitten Selection
When kittens reach 8 weeks of age and have been examined by our veterinarian, all approved applicants will receive an update with available kittens, their personalities, and adoption details.

4. Reserving Your Kitten
Approved families may reserve a kitten on a first-come, first-served basis. To hold your kitten, we require a non-refundable $250 deposit. This will go towards the overall cost

5. Final Payment & Pickup
The remaining balance is due when kittens are 11 weeks old and have received their final vaccines and spay/neuter surgery. After a short recovery, they will be ready to go home with their new families.
Kittens price range is between $3,500 - $5,000 based on color rarity. See FAQs for more inormation.
All Adoptees must sign and accept kitten contract sent via DocuSeal.

Adoption Fee Includes:

• Spay/neuter surgery

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd FVRCP vaccines

• Deworming treatments

• Veterinary health check

Accepted Payment Methods:
Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay. The full balance is due one week before your kitten’s adoption date.
